This morning’s workout – 10 to 1

When I opened my eyes this morning a clear blue sky and bright sunshine welcomed me. A rare site here in England! So I decided to head out for a morning workout in the crisp morning air.

I call this workout ’10 to 1′. I usually start of with a bit of a light-jog to warm up then get straight into it. You will need to find a bench, or a low wall that you can jump on to. Make sure that it is not slippery…that won’t end well.

Starting at 10 you will do:

  • 10 Box Jumps – or wall-jumps, bench-jumps…whatever you are using,
  • 10 Push-ups,
  • 10 Sit-ups.

Then:

  • 9 Box Jumps,
  • 9 Push-ups,
  • 9 Sit-ups.

Then:

  • 8 Box Jumps,
  • 8 Push-ups,
  • 8 Sit-ups.

Hopefully by now you grasp the idea. Continue until you reach 1 🙂
